Office Accommodation
The Heath offers a range of office sizes to suit your business requirements. Whether this be a permanent base for your business, a project office for a set period of time or a start-up office to take that step away from home working. Sizes range from small modular space of 133 sq.ft (12.4 m2) to large open plan spaces over 4000 sq.ft (372 m2).
New Build at The Heath
For companies wishing to move on to The Heath or expand within The Heath and create their own bespoke accommodation new build opportunities are now available. The Heath’s first new building ‘Progressive House’ was officially opened in July 2009. Eight individual plots are planned to provide up to 135,000 sq.ft (12,600 sq m) of new high-quality office and laboratory floorspace. A purpose-built conference centre with 14 meeting rooms, audio-conferencing suite and lecture theatre seating 120 makes The Heath an ideal location for that special business seminar.
