The Heath - Development
The Heath has embarked on an exciting new development phase where eight individual plots will be sensitively developed within the Heath’s existing mature landscaped environment, to create state-of-the-art office and laboratory buildings, self-contained with dedicated car parking. Our first new building ‘Progressive House’ was officially opened in July 2009.
A mix of two and three storeys, the new buildings will be designed to meet the needs of today’s business requirements while looking to the future to ensure they incorporate the latest technology – ensuring sustainability and energy efficiency.
