Opened in 2005, the Daresbury Innovation Centre (Daresbury IC) is a state-of-the-art facility for hi-tech start-up companies and SMEs, and is home to over 70 businesses. These are mostly engaged in research or technology-based activities including medical device development, software development, ICT, and advanced engineering.
This attractive and spacious 24,000 sq ft building contains fully serviced laboratory and office space with options ranging from a single desk to 1,000+ sq ft office and lab space.
Locating at Daresbury IC brings membership of the Daresbury SIC Network, offering access to the world class scientific expertise and facilities of the Darebsury Laboratory, and access to a powerful stakeholder network for science and innovation, spanning the public and private sectors. It also provides free entry to the various programmes of specialist advice coordinated by the Campus.
