Vanguard House
Representing the first part of a total investment of £25m, construction of the new 37,000 sq ft Vanguard House, adjacent to the Daresbury Innovation Centre will commence soon and is expected to be ready in early 2011.
This unique facility will provide grow-on space for current Daresbury IC resident businesses and larger established companies wishing to relocate into Daresbury SIC. It offers office and lab space in units of between 1,000 sq ft and 7,700 sq ft, available through flexible lease terms, along with facilities such as a managed reception, serviced office accommodation, high speed data connectivity, disabled access and shower and changing facilities along with individual loading bay doors for laboratory and workshop space.
This 'grow-on' building represents the first phase of development on the campus, with a potential for 200,000 sq ft to be developed in the future.
