Daresbury Park
Recognised by the NWDA as a key strategic site, Daresbury Park is a 225 acre (91 hectare) high quality business park which is home to head office, financial services and high tech operations of high-profile companies such as AD Holdings, EC De Witt, ViSTORM and BNFL.
A master-plan is in progress to extend the Daresbury Science & Innovation Campus southwards to join with Daresbury Park. This will form a combined site which will consist of Science Park facilities for high-tech SMEs and single occupier buildings for larger companies (planned to hold 3000-5000 employees) and public sector research and training facilities, including world-class large science facilities, technical skills academies and national and international research centres (employing 1000-2500 people).
